Welcome to the University of Nottingham Mens Basketball.

Whether you are an experienced athlete or new to the sport, UoN Men’s Basketball provides a pathway for every player to get involved, develop, and thrive. With six teams; three competing in BUCS leagues and three in the University’s IMS league, we offer structured opportunities for all ability levels, from high-performance competition to a more social, recreational experience.

Each academic year begins with open trials, giving players the chance to demonstrate their abilities and be placed in the team that best suits their skill level and ambitions.

Our IMS programme provides a flexible and enjoyable playing environment while still offering regular Sunday fixtures and the chance to represent the club.

Beyond the court, we are committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive community. Players can build friendships and engage with the wider club through team socials, events, and club activities designed to enhance the student experience.
