All ticket sales are final upon purchase. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit the number of tickets purchased per person or per transaction.

Your ticket grants you admission to the specified event only. You must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) for entry. We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the venue for any reason, including but not limited to disruptive behaviour or failure to comply with venue policies.

All tickets bought for Nottingham Hoods games are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once purchased. Once you’ve completed your purchase, you’re committed to that ticket/fixture.

If a game is postponed, rescheduled, or abandoned due to circumstances beyond the club’s control, your ticket remains valid for the rearranged fixture. If the club cannot offer a new date, they may offer you a ticket to another home game instead, at their discretion.

The club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets, so you must keep your ticket safe.

All attendees must comply with venue rules and regulations. Disruptive, abusive, or dangerous behaviour will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any person engaging in such behaviour without refund. Prohibited items may include weapons, illegal substances, outside food and beverages, and recording devices.

In exceptional or unusual situations, the club may make alternative arrangements, but this is handled on a case-by-case basis at the club’s discretion.
